These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cbajic ("cbajic", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the cbajic platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

cbajic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at cbajic.pro/terms-conditions. Continued use of the cbajic platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your cbajic account.

These Terms apply to all players accessing cbajic from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

To register and use a cbajic account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbajic login credentials, including your username and password. cbajic strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other online service. You must notify cbajic support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

cbajic will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All activity conducted through your cbajic login session — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. cbajic accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All transactions on the cbajic platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbajic supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

cbajic does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside cbajic's control. cbajic is not liable for fees levied by third-party payment services.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be subject to additional identity checks before processing. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of that period.

These game-specific rules supplement these Terms and, in the event of a conflict specific to gameplay mechanics, the game-specific rules take precedence.

For sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, cbajic's sports betting rules govern the settlement of all markets. In-play markets may be suspended or voided at cbajic's discretion if an event is abandoned, interrupted, or if the integrity of odds has been compromised.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbajic's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the cbajic platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbajic is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise; (b) interruptions to the cbajic platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events; (c) any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the cbajic platform, which by its nature carries inherent risk; or (d) the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

cbajic collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a cbajic account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used solely to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and where you have opted in, to send you relevant promotional communications.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cbajic in relation to your use of the platform.
